Full Service Design and Installation

Perfect for the investor, remote or busy host who needs everything from planning to receiving to installation and styling done for them. Truly turnkey and all the details will be taken care of... you just sit back and collect rent. We first create general concept boards for the space, so we are on the same design page, and then the magic happens. Once agreed upon, we do all the work: including purchasing, receiving, unpacking, inspection, delivery, returns, install, and styling for a complete HGTV beautiful home reveal. 

This package covers all of the photographic and visual aspects of the rental. Our Design Process and Approach:

• Creates Stand-Out Interiors Once products are agreed upon and payment is made, we will shop for all items and have them delivered to our receiver/your rental where we will receive, unpack, inspect, and dispose of waste. Audio/Video is not included. -We will install, style, and arrange items, hang artwork, make the beds, and arrange all the visual aspects, so the rental is "photograph ready" Professional photography for marketing is included in this package 
• Pricing is provided per project; full-service installation is available in the Orange County, Riverside County, Los Angeles, and San Diego areas.
